How to cancel, when data is deleted, and how to reactivate.

  1. Portal → My Products → select product → Cancel.
  2. Pick a reason (helps us improve).
  3. Confirm — service continues until the paid-through date.
  4. Data is retained for 15 days after end date, then permanently deleted.
